New  Features In Mustang 2022

Ford Mustang 2022, Ford is expanding the number of aesthetic options available for the Mustang in 2022 to better differentiate the popular vehicle. White emblems, interior details, paint, and wheels are included in a new all-white special-edition package called the Ice White Edition, which is also available on the Mustang Mach-E EV. The California Special returns for the V-8-powered GT model, and the pony car gets a Stealth Edition. The latter has a distinctive black grille, a rear fender scoop, and other unusual external and interior features. The Stealth Edition adds 19-inch wheels, several black features inside and out, and transparent taillight lenses to the four-cylinder EcoBoost Premium variant. In all situations, the Mustang’s optional V-8 loses 10 horsepower and 10 pound-feet of torque.

Overview

A more melodious and quick EcoBoost engine adapted from the defunct Ford Focus RS is also available as part of the High-Performance package. The four-cylinder coupe may also be equipped with the optional EcoBoost Handling package, which makes it race-ready. The GT versions include a 450-hp V-8 engine with an optional active exhaust system that produces a deafening roar. Both of these powerful engines are paired with a six-speed manual or a 10-speed automatic transmission, making the Mustang even faster than ever.

The Mustang with the turbocharged four-cylinder and 10-speed automatic is the most fuel-efficient, with EPA ratings of 21 mpg city and 32 mpg highway. The V-8 Mustang got 15 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the interstate. The four-banger with the manual transmission earned 24 mpg in our tests, which was 7 mpg less than the EPA figure.

It has luxury amenities like heated and cooled front seats, it has subpar plastics and a tight Headless Horseman–only back seat.   It held the second-most carry-on baggage in our tests and had the largest internal storage capacity among competitors. The back seat is quickly folded and stowed by pulling a strap. The Mustang has the capacity to haul up to 12 carry-on luggage.

The seats are really comfortable, and the interior is rather quiet. The V8 has a fantastic sound, which is just what you’ll want to hear. The climate controls are in the front and center, with well-placed vents distributing cooled air evenly to the front passengers. Once established, the automatic climate control rarely has to be adjusted. On hot days, the ventilated seats quickly cool you down and keep you comfortable on extended rides.

Ford’s Sync system has excellent voice commands, an 8-inch touchscreen, and smartphone connection with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. The optional digital instrument panel is not only stylish, but it also serves as a useful supplementary control screen.

The trunk’s 13.5-cubic-foot aperture is broad, and the liftover height is low. With the regular stereo, two golf bags may fit across the back.

The Mustang also has more driver-assistance technology .
